Kristen Levitzke is a Perth-based mother, teacher and writer of fiction. She graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2004 with a Bachetlor of Arts and subsequently completed a postgraduate Diploma of Education. Kristen has had a number of short stories published and commended; her highly commended story, Solomon’s Baby, was published in Knitting and other stories; Beach Wedding was highly commended in the Katharine Susannah Prichard Short Fiction Award and published in The Sky Falls Down; and Dot’s Garden appears in Margaret River Press’ collection, The Trouble with Flying and other stories. Kristen’s story, Sunny Park Caravan City, was longlisted for the Australian Book Review Elizabeth Jolley Prize. Kristen is a true bibliophile with a passion for language, education, social justice, history, neuroscience and literacy development.

Glad to see another big fan of Moon Palace – my all time favourite book. Isn’t it time Auster wrote a sequel, beyond the cryptic references to MS Fogg in Book of Illusions? Atonement is in my top 5 too.
